How do I remove the ads from my published blog?

You can remove ads from your published blog by upgrading to a paid membership of Friendster Blogs.  Paid membership also includes additional features such as control over your weblog design, multiple blogs per account, and unlimited photo uploads, as long as you stay within the disk storage and bandwidth usage limits set at your account level.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Upgrading your membership from Free (ad-supported) to paid will remove the ads from your weblog, and give you access to additional features and benefits...  For as little as $4.95 per month you have access to the following features:

• The ability to customize the look and feel of your blog (Plus and Pro levels)
• Unlimited number of photo uploads per month, as long as you're within the bandwidth and storage limits for your account level
• The ability to create multiple blogs (Plus and Pro levels)
   
• The ability to password protect your entire Friendster Blog site, or just individual blogs or photo albums
• The ability to point your own custom domain (i.e. www.example.com) to your Friendster Blog

You can upgrade your membership by visiting the Control Panel within Friendster Blogs.

How many photos can I upload a month?

Members of the Free (ad-supported) Friendster Blogs service can upload up to 50 photos in any given calendar month.  If you upgrade to a paid Friendster Blogs membership, you can upload as many photos as you want to your Friendster Blogs site, as long as you stay within the disk storage and bandwidth usage limits set at your account level.

What information from my Friendster profile can I show on my Friendster Blog?

You can show a list of your top ten friends, a link to let visitors add you as a friend on Friendster, a list of members that you're a "Fan of" at Friendster, a list of your interests from your profile, and lists of your favorite books, movies, music and TV shows from your profile.  You can enable these on your blog by visiting the Blogs > Design tab.  Learn more by reading Setting Your Template Content.

Who can comment on my Friendster Blog?

Only Friendster members can comment on your Friendster Blog.  In order to leave a comment, readers must log in to Friendster.

Are there any special discounts or promotions for paid membership?

Yes.  If you sign up for a one-year membership, you get two months free.

Can I have more than one Friendster Blog?

Members of the Free (ad-supported) service are limited to one ad-supported blog and standard designs.  When you upgrade to a Plus or Pro membership, you can create multiple blogs, each with their own design and customized content.
